Villa Ghaith

Our latest project, a villa nestled in the prestigious Jardins d’el Manzeh neighborhood, perfectly reflects our commitment to innovative and personalized design. This contemporary residence stands out for its bold use of volumes and levels, designed to offer its occupants a unique and harmonious living experience.

The heart of the house, the living room, benefits from a distinct spatial treatment through a subtle but impactful play of levels. By slightly elevating the living room compared to the other living spaces, we’ve created a natural and elegant boundary, while maintaining a fluid continuity between the different areas. This approach not only gives the living room a solemn and welcoming character but also enhances the depth and perspective throughout the entire living space. The physical separation, though modest, provides an intimate atmosphere without sacrificing the sense of openness typical of large, open-plan spaces.

In the adjacent dining area, we opted for a soft and natural color palette dominated by neutral tones, but enhanced by a subtle touch of blue. This color choice, applied through decorative elements such as cushions, curtains, or artwork, brings a delicate and calming freshness to the space. The carefully selected blue contrasts with the warmth of the natural materials used throughout the house, such as wood and stone, thus creating a visual and emotional balance.

This project also demonstrates our ability to seamlessly integrate architectural and decorative elements into a coherent whole. The treatment of the living room and dining area goes beyond mere aesthetics; it is part of a broader reflection on comfort and functionality. The variation in levels, for instance, was designed to provide an ideal setting for moments of conviviality while maintaining a subtle separation between private and public spaces. Similarly, the touch of blue in the dining area reflects our attention to detail and our desire to create environments that are both elegant and vibrant.
